I find it scandalous that anyone claiming their products gluten free don’t realise the consequences of their actions!!! Do they not know what coeliac disease is?? It’s a slow torturous burning through the stomach lining of coeliac sufferers, it’s not a fad diet for these people! They have to be held accountable, claiming something is gluten free is not the same as coeliac safe!!!
Tricia, Thank you a thousand times for making this SCIENCE-BASED AND LABORATORY-TESTED RESEARCH public! Thank you for raising the volume, loud and clear, on this problem for the CeD (Cedliac Disease), NCGS (Non-celiac gluten sensitivity) those with WHEAT ALLERGIES, and others with medical conditions warranting a GF diet. The bakers and producers of these products are not only doing a disservice to these communities, they cannot substantiate their claims, and in fact, may be causing HARM to people – all for the sale of a loaf of bread!
Hopefully this helps. Nothing seems to have done the trick so far!
