Important Note: This package of Jackfruit tested “low gluten” using the Nima Sensor (a lateral flow device) when tested by a subscriber. Low gluten is defined by Nima as at least 5 ppm to as much as 15,000 ppm gluten. The subscriber resealed the package and sent it to Bia Diagnostics (the lab used by Gluten Free Watchdog) for testing using the fully validated sandwich R5 ELISA.
